A.    Yes. Every resident receives a free membership.

Q.    Are pets allowed?
A.    No.

Q.    Is there a shuttle/bus service to Park Point?
A.    Yes.

Q.    How many vehicles can I park?
A.    One per resident

Q.    How often is garbage pick-up?
A.    Multiple garbage corrals are strategically located
        throughout Park Point. Residents will be required
        to transport their trash and recycling to these
        corrals on a weekly basis.

Q.     Are the apartments handicap accessible?
A.     Yes. 10 apartments meet ADA accessibility
        requirements and all other apartments are
        adaptable.

    Are the apartments hearing-impaired compliant?
A.    All apartments are available with a strobe fire
        safety system and are ADA adaptable.

Q.    Can I sub-lease my apartment?
A.    Yes, and Park Point will help coordinate this.

Q.    Can I share my bedroom?
A.    All apartments were designed to accommodate
        only one(1) resident per bedroom.

Q.    Is the individual lease set-up with each student 
        or the whole apartment?
A.    Lease contracts will be made directly with each
        individual resident, regardless of how many
        people reside in the apartment.

Q.    How many of the apartments will be dedicated, 
        if any, to student housing, and how many will be
        rented to the Rochester community?
A.    Park Point is market rate housing and no units
        are specifically designated for students.
        It is first come, first serve.

Q.    Will there be a model unit to walk-through?
A.    Yes. Fully-furnished apartments are available
        to tour starting. Visit our leasing office in
        Building 611 or call 585-272-2525.
